Use the correct abbreviations (if at all) and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. If the package is returned, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s).

As we ship hundreds of orders weekly to over 220+ countries all over the world. Our team has put a lot of focus into making sure the items get delivered as quickly as possible. We promise it will be worth the wait!

Processing


Please be aware that orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days due to high demand. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take an additional 1 to 2 more business days to process. Because our team is working around the clock to keep up with the demand - The majority of the orders are shipped within 24 hours as we ship 5 days a week. (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays).

How long before I receive my order?

Orders within the U.S. average 4-8 business days. International orders (outside the U.S) average 5-10business days. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Your tracking information should be updated once the shipping courier scans the package into their system.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you will be left a calling card. Please contact your local DHL or Fedex or UPS  in your country to reschedule re-delivery for when best suits you.

TRACKING MY PACKAGE

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. Usually as soon as your package enters country of origin is when the tracking is updated. Most package arrive to destination address within 6 - 10 business days.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE

We offer shipping insurance to protect your package against any loss or damage. If you report any items missing, or other shipping issues, we will help you resolve your problems immediately.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your package has made a U-turn, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse. 

Our Support Team will send you an email after to verify your address, and have your package reshipped as quickly as possible.
