Orders within the U.S. average 7-10 business days. International orders (outside the U.S) average 7-14 business days. Are there any fees if I'm outside of the U.S.?
Some countries may choose to add custom/VAT/handling fees but we rarely experience this. Unfortunately, if your country requires certain fees, we will not be responsible for these charges. Please review your countries import policies.
- DHL Express and Fedex does NOT deliver to/ accept PO Box deliveries.
- The following countries must provide a PO Box delivery address when using standard shipping: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
- The following countries must provide a street address when using standard shipping: Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon.
- The following countries we do not ship too, due to country trade restrictions: Iran, Syria, Yemen.
- The following countries must provide a Business Address & Company Name: Russia (Package will be returned back to our warehouse if not provided).

TRACKING MY PACKAGE
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. Usually as soon as your package enters country of origin is when the tracking is updated. Most package arrive to destination address within 6 - 10 business days.
