Refund policy
Limitless Fit Wear offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and they we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.
Limitless Fit Wear offers a refund or exchange within 21 days of the post marked arrival of your item(s). Refunds and exchanges require merchandise to be unwashed and unworn with the tickets on them in original condition accompanied by the original sales receipt. Undergarments are not returnable unless the merchandise was purchased defective.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will ship you a replacement, or you can return it for a full refund.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
The package must be returned at your expense within 21 days of receipt if it was damaged in transit. We require a supporting video to prove that your product has been damaged.
In the exceptional case where the size/color of your product does not match the size / color of the product ordered, please send us a photo of the product and label as supporting evidence.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returning by Mail
- Enclose the original packing slip with the item.
- If you don't have the packing slip, include your name, address, and phone number, order number; and the return reason.
- Pack your return securely in the original package if possible.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the return package to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:

- One or more items in your order is on back-order.
- You may only cancel the back-ordered items.

Mailing Instructions
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without this information

Upon receiving your return, Limitless Fit Wear will process your return within 72 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Refund/Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 21 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 21 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 21 days.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
