Sometimes our warehouse ships items separately. You can refer back to the shipping
confirmation email to see the items that were shipped. If all items show that
they were shipped, please email our Customer Care for further assistance.  

If your order includes multiple items and an item goes out of stock unexpectedly, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and provide a refund for the amount of the item(s) that went out of stock. You will see the refund reflect back to your original form of payment within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s clearance times.    

We reserve the right to ask for validation of your payment after checkout. At LIMITLESS FIT WEAR our customer’s security is our #1 priority. There may be times when we are unable to verify billing details at checkout. In these cases, we will reach out to the customer directly to verify the information so we can process the order.

Helpful hint: Please ensure all billing details including full name and address are entered correctly at checkout and match the details of the form of payment being used to avoid any potential issues after check out.

To ensure your Limitless Fit Wear Activewear stays looking and fitting like new, you should keep your garments away from the dryer and hang-dry them instead. The high heat of the dryer can warp individual strands of fiber of your activewear and weaken the material. This can lead to tears, holes, and permanently alter their shape, flexibility, and ultimately how they fit. Also what is important is do NOT use fabric softeners when you wash.

The majority of fabric softeners contain silicone, which can create a coating on the fabric that weakens its breathability and wicking functions. If you accidentally wash your leggings with softener, don't stress it; wash your items again without softener, and they should return to the normal wicking level.

Our leggings are made of Nylon & Spandex blend. This dynamic duo makes our leggings super soft, super stretchy, durable, non-fading and best of all non see through. We recommend washing your leggings inside out, and either hand washing or on a delicate cold water cycle in your washing machine. Most importantly HANG TO DRY!

Returns are processed at our distribution center within 5-7 business days of receiving the package. As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

All returns need to be processed online by following the steps below...

  1. Grab your order number and the email address you used when placing that order.
  2. Visit the Start a Return page and ente r your details.
  3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange, then submit your return. 
  4. Return your goods through your selected return carrier.
  5. Wait for your email confirming your return has been received and completed. 

If you have any questions with any part of the returns process, you can
submit a request to the customer service team and we will respond to you
as soon as possible. 


If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at before 6 PM EST. If you miss this deadline, we will not be able to make any changes due to high demand. You will need to follow our returns process once you receive your package.  

IMPORTANT: If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing or is returned back to our warehouse. We are not liable to refund/replace this order. 


Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free!

We know you are excited to get your order and so are we! Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. Shipping estimates are provided by USPS, UPS and DHL and your local country postal service. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols.

Please understand that once your order is fulfilled by our distribution team in the EU or USA, it will be in the hands of the courier where delays may be experienced. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding! 

Short answer, if you are located in the USA you can add your PO BOX as your shipping address. 

If you are OUTSIDE THE USA. No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays in your receiving your order. We recommend you input your home address to make sure your package is delivered.
